How do I return a product?

 

To return a product, request are return via email. Then make sure it's in working condition and is undamaged. Pack your item securely and  insert any paperwork that was included when you requested your return from the Online Returns Center. If you don't have the original product packaging use a sturdy box and include padding such as packing bubbles or newspaper. Attach your return label to the package. The return should be added back within 3-5 business days.

 

 

What is your returns policy?

We accept all returns within 2 years of purchase. You must have the chair in working conditions and in acceptable qualities. 

How do I track my order?

 

If you would like to track your order you may do so. To track your order enter in the receipt ID on to the Deliver/Shipping forum to see you items shipping and progress. You may also email us or call to talk to a representative and have your order tracked.
